HTS Conductors and HTS Magnet Technologies

A new collaborator from the University of Southampton in the UK has expressed keen interest in joining the HFM HTS RD2 effort. The University of Southampton brings valuable expertise to the programme, with a specific focus on the development of demonstrator REBCO coils.

All other participating laboratories have made significant progress in their programmes, aligning closely with the objectives outlined during the inaugural HFM Annual Meeting held at CERN in November 2024.
